Privacy

On this site

There are no accounts, forms or comments. Fonts and images come from the site itself. The search boxes filter the page in your browser and send nothing anywhere.

The theme toggle saves your light or dark choice in your browser's local storage, as homeautomated-theme. It stays on your device.

The site is hosted on Netlify, which handles the requests your browser makes, including your IP address.

Paid links

The Devices page has paid links to searches on Amazon and Newegg. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Newegg links go through Rakuten Advertising.

Those companies receive nothing from this site until you follow one of those links. Once you do, they can collect information directly from you and place or recognize cookies in your browser, under their own privacy policies. They may also serve content and advertising of their own.

Other links and your choices

Links to other sites, such as GitHub and YouTube, are plain links. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings, and those companies' own privacy pages explain any further choices they offer. You never need to follow a paid link to use this site.
